Speak to a BAILIFF Expert - £35

Why bailiffs ask to meet you in a public place of your choice?

This usually happens if the bailiff does not know where you live and only has your mobile number. He wants a physical address so he can take control of your goods or vehicle.

DO NOT meet a bailiff in a public place, and NEVER use your vehicle.

If you meet him in a public place then he will ask to see some ID and get you to admit to knowing about the debt. He wants to identify your vehicle and secretly follow you home to get your address.

If the bailiff is unable to find your address, then he returns the debt back to the creditor unpaid.
