Speak to a BAILIFF Expert - £35

No win no fee. How it works.

No-win No-fee can be used for any civil proceedings claiming damages for unlawful bailiff enforcement.

It cannot be used for criminal defence representation, making third party claims , stopping High Court Enforcement actions in the High Court or personal injury claims.

The deal:

We assign you a solicitor and we pay all the solicitors fees for you.

You only pay the court fees or reclaim them using a form EX160a.

If your claim is successful, we recover the solicitors fees from the other side. You pay us a success fee of 50% of the damages you are awarded.

If your claim is unsuccessful, you owe us nothing.

How to get started:

Set up a telephone consultation to discuss your case and discover what redress you are entitled and how it will be processed though the courts.

We then propose your claim to an insurance company. A solicitor examines your grounds and approves it for the scheme.

If your grounds are not strong enough, you will be told of the reasons, or we can strengthen them for you. Otherwise you will still have the option of a fixed fee managed case. These are typically £150 for drafting your claim and £500 for a solicitor to represent you. You will have to pay this in advance.

When your claim is approved, we pay a fee to the insurer who pays your legal fees. You only pay the statutory court fees. See Court form EX50.

If you win your case, you pay 50% of the sum you are awarded or negotiated. You keep everything else. You will owe no solicitors fees.

Contract:

A contract exists between you and the solicitor.

We select the solicitor, and the solicitor selects any barrister or Counsel.

A separate contract exists between you and with Dealing with Bailiffs. We agree to pay your solicitors fees and you agree to pay us 50% of the sum awarded.

There is no contract between you and the insurance company.

If your claim is unsuccessful, you may have to pay the legal fees of the other party (not if claim is under £10,000), but you will still owe nothing for your own solicitor we assign to your claim.

Lets do it!
