Paralegal Wanted

 

We are looking for a part-time paralegal.

This is a working from home opportunity and hours are flexible.

You will be working directly with me, and under the direction of a firm of solicitors.

 

 

We are:

A specialist helpline supporting people with problems with bailiffs and civil enforcement. Cases that cannot be solved with the bailiff company are passed to solicitors to solve using legal proceedings.

 

The role includes:

Prose writing client statements and speaking with the client to gather further facts about the case.

Completing court forms ready to be signed off by the solicitor in charge of the case

Liasing with me, for directions on case building

Optional, work as an outdoor clerk delivering documents to court.

 

You should ideally be:

a member of CILEX or a,

Solicitor, even if you don't have a practicing certificate, or a

Person with a strong eye for detail, case examination and entheusasm to bring our clients a sucessful outcome

You DO NOT need experience in civil enforcement compliance. We provide training.
