The enforcement is in breach of Paragraph 10 of Schedule 12 of the Tribunals Courts and Enforcement Act 2007.
Apply for an emergency injunction which suspends enforcement. You can also claim damages together with your legal costs from the bailiff company.
If the address on the warrant is not your current address, apply for a detailed assessment under CPR 84.16. You can also recover costs under CPR 46.5. Many costs awards are in excess of £2500.
If the bailiff has removed the car, follow this procedure.
